The space
Step inside and feel at home in this 100+-year old, recently renovated, charming abode. The living area is tastefully furnished, providing a comfortable space to relax after a day of exploring the city. Natural light floods through the windows, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Of note, there is a fireplace in the space, but it is strictly non-functional.
Bedrooms:
The three bedrooms are thoughtfully designed, each offering comfortable bedding, a smart TV, and ample storage space. Rest peacefully in these well-appointed rooms and wake up refreshed for another day of adventure.
Kitchen & Dining:
The fully equipped kitchen awaits your culinary adventures. Whip up your favorite meals with ease using modern appliances and ample counter space. Enjoy your creations in the adjacent dining area, perfect for family meals.
Bathroom:
Our bright and clean bathroom features all the essentials you need for a comfortable stay. Fresh towels and some complimentary toiletries are provided for your convenience.
Outdoor Space:
Step outside to our private backyard, where you can unwind on the patio dining set, smoke some BBQ on the provided grill and soak in the fresh air. The front screened-in porch offers a great spot to sip your morning coffee while admiring the park view.

All bedrooms and the only bathroom in the space are located on the second floor of the property, so guests must be able to climb stairs to comfortably stay here.

Guest access
The living room, dining room, 3 bedroom, foyer, kitchen, front screened in porch, backyard, and basement are available to guests. The attic and basement storage area is inaccessible to guests.
Other things to note
We hope you will enjoy your stay in this space! In this document, we will discuss the house rules required to maintain the property and to ensure a quality stay for all guests.
Some General Rules:
a. Outside of water, please do not eat or drink in the bedrooms
b. Please take care of furnishings. You will have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit amount
c. Please do not rearrange the furniture.
d. We like to keep our floors, especially the living room hardwood floors and furniture, scuff-free, so please leave your shoes at the door.
e. In addition to a no smoking policy, there are no illegal substances allowed on the premises. This is a 100% smoke-free property. There is no smoking allowed on the premises.
f. Please respect the 10pm-7am noise curfew.
g. Late Checkouts
Late checkouts must be approved by the management team. If you stay past your 11am checkout time, you will automatically be charged for the next nights' stay at full price. We offer all guests a late checkout of 12:30pm at $35 rate.
h. Mail/Packages
We do not allow guests to order mail/packages to this address location for privacy reasons. For stays longer than 90 days, this policy can be negotiated with the property manager.
i. Parties/Noise
We enforce a strict no-parties/noise violation policy for all residents. If you throw a party, damage the unit, trash the space or have a gathering with extra guests that are not reported in the initial booking, you are breaking the rules and will be fined $200, not including repair costs.
j. Cleaning
Our cleaning fee is based on a courteous guest (i.e. someone who cleans up after themselves, puts dishes in the dishwasher, towels in the washer, leaves the place as they found it, etc...). This is NOT a hotel. If the housekeeping crew discovers an unreasonable mess post-checkout, we will charge an additional fee of $100.

First Aid Kit, trash bags, bathroom/kitchen cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, condiments in the refrigerator, bathroom essentials, coffee/tea station, use of 10 separate board/card games, small kitchen appliances (rice cooker, toaster, coffee grinder, pour over coffee maker, coffee maker, blender), hair dryer in the bathroom, vanity mirror in the bathroom
4. Are there any rules related to guests? Any unregistered guests will be charged a per night rate of $35/guest
5. Kitchen
Please keep the kitchen clean and tidy. Please wash dishes and keep the kitchen counters cleaned between each guest. Please share all kitchen items with each guest. Kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, rice cooker, coffee grinder, pour over coffee maker, regular coffee maker, specialized kitchen knives, tea pot, a limited supply of coffee (light/medium/dark roast), teas (green/chamomile/English), blender, measuring cups, charcuterie board, a full set of pots/pans, a full set of shot glasses, wine glasses, glass tumblers, cooking utensils, cookie sheets, dining plates/bowels, basic cooking spices, and cleaning supplies. Please let management know of any damaged or broken items so they can be replaced.
6. Appliances
The thermostat is located on the wall in the dining room. By sliding the temperature gauge up or down, you may adjust the temperature to a comfortable setting. Please turn off the AC when you go out.
7. Garbage
A 13 gallon trash can is located in the kitchen. Trash cans are provided in the bathroom. Please take the trash out when you leave or when the trash is excessive. It can be deposited in the larger regular trash recycling bins provided at the rear of the property
8. Parking
There is limited street parking available for guests in front of the property. Up to 3 cars are allowed in total for the guests staying at this home during the booking.
9. Security
There is an electronic security lock on the front screen door and on the front door of the property. For both of the property entrance electronic locks, to enter, enter your 6 digit code and the lock should open. To lock the front door property door, you have 2 options to lock:
a. Once the door is closed, push the lock icon located on the bottom right side of the lock. Please make sure you see the blue light, indicating that the door is locked. If you see a red X and hear beeping, the door is not locked. Try to pull the door closed when locking the front door to ensure that the bolt latches onto the frame.
b. Once the door is closed, enter your 6 digit code and the door will lock. For the main front door, try to pull the door closed when locking the front door to ensure that the bolt latches onto the frame
10. A 65" Smart TV is provided on the property and one 43" or 50" TV is located in each bedroom. No streaming services are provided but you may access your streaming services by logging into your applications on the Smart TV

14. Grill
A Char-Broil Grill is provided for tenant use. Instructions for grill use are located in the labeled kitchen drawer to the right-bottom side of the stove. This is were the grill utensils are noted as well. Please take special care to detach the propane tank from the grill when completed. 1 propane tank is provided for guest use, along with a spare tank.
Please clean up after yourselves and keep the grill clean. If found left dirty and requires extra cleaning, an extra cleaning fee may be required. You will also need to add your own gas to the BBQ as it is not supplied
15. Games:
a.) A ping pong table is provided in the basement and a cornhole set is located in the basement for backyard use. Please make sure to exercise care when handling these sets. Please make sure the cornhole table is not left outside of the property at the end of your stay.
b.) Board and card games are located in the dining room gaming stand. When you've finished with the game, please store them neatly back into their respective gaming containers.
Fireplace:
There is a non-functional fireplace in the living room and burning items in this fireplace is strictly prohibited. If the fireplace is used, a $500 fine will he imposed, not including additional charges for any damages.
It is fine to use the remote-controlled electronic candles provided on the hearth of the fireplace.
