Natural light streams in through lots of windows, making this space feel warm and welcoming. You'll find plenty of comfy seating to curl up with a good book or enjoy a show on the smart TV with Roku. And for those who need to stay connected, we offer fast internet and a Laptop Friendly Workspace. For some extra enjoyment, there's a pool table available for you and your guests to use.
This cozy vacation house haven boasts 4 bedrooms, including a Queen bed, King bed, and a versatile Trundle bed and 4 bathrooms to comfortably accommodate up to 9 guests. We've got you covered with fresh linens and towels, and to ensure a comfy start to your stay, we provide starter kits with essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, and soap. If you happen to run out during your visit, no worries – you can easily restock at your convenience.
In the kitchen, you'll discover everything you need to whip up delicious meals - cooking utensils, pots and pans, a stove, coffee maker, toaster, blenders, microwave, fridge, and plenty of dishware. The dining area can easily accommodate up to 8 people, so you can savor meals together.
Outdoors, a spacious patio awaits you, complete with lounge chairs, a charming tiki hut, a soothing hot tub, and a private swimming pool that can be heated upon request (for a small extra fee). You'll be captivated by the stunning water view and the convenience of an 80' private dock. There's even room for 10 at the outdoor dining area and a handy gas BBQ grill for your cookout adventures.
Don't stress about parking – we've got space for up to 3 vehicles right here. And after a fun day in the water, you won't have to worry about wet clothes because we've got a washer and dryer that you're welcome to use anytime during your stay. We'd like to take a moment to share our house rules with you, which are designed to ensure that all guests have a pleasant stay while also respecting our neighbors and taking care of our home. These are common practices that help us provide a welcoming and safe environment for everyone.
★ Rental Agreement needs to be signed.
★ Must be at least 21 years old.
★ Shoes off inside the property.
★ No parties, gathering, illegal substances and undeclared guests.
★ No Smoking. Guests can smoke in the backyard, but we simply ask that you pick up the cigarette butts and don't let the smell whiff inside the house.
★ We pay our cleaners fairly and they have a big job to turnover the unit and sanitize. Your appreciation for their hard work can be shown by not leaving excessive mess behind. Please check out by 11 AM. Unauthorized late check out may cost $50 for every 30 minutes that they wait outside.
★ Our cleaners work very hard to ensure sanitary stay, and as fellow pet owners there are a few rules.
> Keep off all furniture and bedding
> Must be house trained
> Pick-up and dispose of all waste
> If your dog is a barker while you're away, consider crating or making other arrangements
★ Refundable security deposit of $350 should be authorized 1 day prior to your stay and will be released 2 days after your stay. Our payment processor charges us 3.99% for every transaction. Should the reservation gets canceled, the guest will cover the payment transaction fee of 3.99% - regardless of the cancellation policy.
★ Upon check-out, we kindly request to put the used dishes and run the dishwasher, secure trash and turn off the lights, AC, and stove.
★ If your stay includes Monday, we request bringing the trash outside the night before or Monday morning for pick-up.
Safety:
★ Only one camera at the front door covers entryway. On and recording 24/7 during the reservation for the safety of our home and guests.
★ At no time is there a lifeguard on duty, guests are responsible for the safe operation of the pool and pool spa and are responsible for all persons using the pool and pool spa during your stay.
Please know that we are always available to answer any questions you may have about our house rules. We want to ensure that you feel informed and have a wonderful stay with us!
