For your convenience, our home has a self-check-in process. Throughout your stay, we are readily available to assist you via Airbnb messages or phone calls. Our dedicated management team is also on hand to address any concerns promptly and ensure timely resolutions. *Make sure all cars are parked on the driveway. Try not to block the sidewalk.
*Please keep doors and windows shut at all times.
The A/C cannot cool down the neighborhood and will eventually give out if you leave them open. Also it will allow bugs to enter the home. For your comfort please keep them closed at all times.
*No littering on the property
Please pick up after yourselves and place trash in the proper receptacles.
*Smoking is not allowed inside, but you can smoke outside.
Smoking inside will result in a $250 fine. Please dispose of butts in a respectful manner.
*Please be respectful of bed sheets and towels. Notify us if anything is damaged so we can come prepared. We will hopefully be able to wash it out for you.
*Makeup/foundation, face medications/creams, and tanning products will stain and/or bleach linens/towels.
Unsalvageable linens will be charged to the guest- invoice will be sent of the price. A $5 restocking fee will be added on per item.
We have provided darker towels for anything that may stain.

Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am
We do not allow large speakers to be brought in. No speaker can be bigger than a forearm.
Music can only be played outside until 8pm then it must be played inside. No exceptions! After 10 pm no loud music can be played inside during the weekdays. It is a duplex so you have to respect the neighbors. During the weekends music inside can only be played till 11:45 pm.
* We do not allow parties, events or excessively loud music.
Failure to follow this will result in a $200 fine or being asked to leave immediately with no refund allowed for the remainder of the stay.
*Please be sure your reservation has the correct number of guests you will be having stay with you. This is protocol and for safety purposes. It is required for anyone sleeping at the home to be on the guest list. Guests up to 2 maximum can stop by during appropriate hours if the host is notified and has approved the additional guest. Failure to follow this will result in a $200 fine or being asked to leave immediately with no refund allowed for the remainder of the stay.
*Please notify us if you will have any visitors during your stay. Wait for approval before inviting them over. We can discuss this prior to arrival if needed.
* We must be notified of any pets on the property.
There is a $150 per pet deposit that is paid and returned back to you once we make sure there are no damages. Pets are not allowed in the pool at all. Unregistered pets will result in a $500 fine. You also can be asked to leave immediately.
*Wet wipes, feminine products, napkins, face pads can NOT be flushed in the toilets. Please throw them in the trash can next to the toilet. If the toilets get backed up you will be charged $300 fee to get the home snaked out and the lines declogged.
* Check-out is at 11am unless otherwise discussed. Every hour after 11 am will result in a $100 per hour charge. We reserve the right to be able to enter the home after 11am if you fail to response to messages.
