It’s great that it’s beach access. The property is a little dated but overall a good appearance. Great bar but a little pricey. Our room was excellent not as bad as some of the reviews claimed. Overall I give a 4 star rating.

Property is in need of update. Room had no blankets, hair dryer, safe didnt work. Shower was dirty/moldy. Annoying that they wanted extra $$ for beach chairs/umbrella when we were already paying a resort fee.

Room and staff is very old and broken. Pool is not clean. Trash barrels is not empty in the morning. Tv don’t work in room. No internet. It’s not like we see online. Sucks

Raphael Burt and Mike were very helpful very professional my stay here which is still going to extended it was comfortable so far and beautiful I recommend this to anyone looking for a relaxing safe getaway or romantic experience and the efficiencies and one bedrooms for weekly rentals or monthly are incredible beautiful little pricey however you are on the sand thank you to all the staff valet is awesome as well one thing I would say is if I could change anything I would definitely think about getting a hot tub there is no hot tub

They had no heat on 45 degree days and couldn’t provide extra blankets. Loud music from weddings on both days. The bathroom was terrible! Too small and no exhaust fan.

The noise from adjacent rooms was a slight problem, the bed was comfortable but pillows were not. The heat in the room wasn’t working and it was extremely cold. The staff was friendly. The entertainment in the restaurant was exceptional.

we appreciated the early check- in since we arrived early but the pictures to what we got were deceiving .. the amount of dust in the vents in the bathroom and the AC made us cringe. We sprayed and cleaned some of it.. The mold in the shower and sliding door was present. We also sprayed! we were there for a relaxing weekend gt away ! The balcony had holes so water dripped on to the balcony so we couldn’t sit out in the morning. The beds were not mounted correctly to the bed frame that the bed moved anytime we rolled .. the sheets can use some replacing .. both beds had stains that were attempted to be hidden /. the doors have metal plates with drilled in kind of locks. the ladies that knocked on our door for room service came again after we said our room was cleaned (which is why we got early check in.) we asked that they not come in until we were leaving Monday but did any way. The balcony has no privacy to the room next door. The bar was nice vibe but dirty. One of the bar tenders was constantly rude to the DJ and other customers .. kept telling the dj to lower the music bc customers were complaining when it was the opposite. She didn’t like the “ghetto” Spanish music. Anything that wasn’t Spanish was ok to have on high. surprised to have needed to pay for lounging chairs to a beach connected to the hotel. I have never experienced that!

In desperate need of updating. Mattresses and pillows weren't comfortable, the shower only got maybe luke warm, property didn't have an ice machine or even a vending machine should you need water after 10pm. There was one place to hang a towel which was a command strip hook...that broke off by the end of the trip. When we first arrived there were no body towels in the room. The room itself had pretty thin walls so noises carried. Staff was pretty helpful other than not being able to fix the lack of hot water which was unfortunate given the unseasonably cold weather for Florida. For the price you can find more comfortable and updated accommodations in the area. I would steer clear until they put some major money into renovations.

I don't think we had an ocean view but were charged for one. It was a pool view with the ocean behind the trees and roof of the side of the building since we were stuck in the corner. The central air sounded like a freight train. No microwave available so you had to pay out your ass to eay out or at tgeir bar and restaurant all of tge time. With a child that gets incredibly difficult. Just not worth the price.

Great food & service at the Tikibar! Hotel was clean but furniture in room scuffed/banged up. Beds very comfortable. Hallways smelled like weed - ew. Big pool and beach access amazing. Cricuit transportation (local uber) was free and fantastic. Bars/restaurants and beach. Not much else to do

The hotel is old and worn. Our room was in poor shape, the shower handle fell off, furnishings were worn. Door facing, door and baseboards in the bathroom had been chewed and clawed. Apparently, a large dog had been locked in! $250 for a one night stay, we won’t be back.

Hotel room was not clean or safe... During our 2-day stay, we killed over a dozen Cockroaches. My wife was woke up one morning with a Cockroach in our bed. Also, there were exposed wiring in ceiling lighting. We notified Front Desk of our concerns and they assured us that hotel Manager would contact us. To date, no response back.
