「I wish I had gotten the ladies name who checked us in she was wonderful and thru out our stay she was always super friendly and also always cleaning. The only bad thing I can say is we arrived at 2 and were told check in was at 3 and there were no early check ins. I would have understood that if they were cleaning rooms which they were not.」

「Our kids loved the pool, hot tub, and slide! Numerous little things that we wished for at other places were included here: clothes hanging rack, clothes baskets, flossing sticks, cotton swabs, extension cords, instructional videos, and too many different things, to name just a few. The kitchen was terrific, too! There was a coffee bar with many syrups, creamers, and S'mores stuff. We wish we could live here year-round!」

「The house is exactly as pictured. We found it to be clean and fresh. We chose this property as it accepted our pet (dog) and had a jacuzzi, the pool was a bonus. Unfortunately, the jacuzzi was not usable as it was leaking water and smelled to high heaven. A replacement showed up as we were leaving on our last day. 「VERY comfortable. The property was well stocked and within walking distance to some fun eating establishments. The backyard has multiple levels for you and your guests (family) to enjoy some quick time relaxing and watching the water roll by, then have a nice BBQ dinner at the table for 6 on the outside kitchen level. 「First of all, the lake view was stunning! The house is pretty, but we did have some issues. We did make Carrie aware that one of the cabinets in the kitchen was broken, windows were cracked, one of the knobs to the back door was really loose, and there wasn't any complimentary wine as stated on the Welcome sign. Carrie did send over a complimentary wine and sparkling grape for the kids. That was very sweet of her! She did explain what happened to the other issues as well, and we understood....

「The inside of the house is absolutely beautiful and spacious. It was very clean minus the floors that could use a good mop job according to the bottom of our socks. My 4 and 7 year old loved having their own rooms and all the tv options. All 3 queen beds were very comfortable and the laundry room came in handy for an 8 night stay.
