「It was a pleasant experience. I happened to be staying there when hurricane Sally hit. My room stayed fine. However, the lobby was damaged by the winds and rain, lost power and water. The staff and manager on hand were excellent. They didn’t act frazzled or anxious. They took care of matters and us guests. I really enjoyed the history of the hotel, too. 」

「部屋は狭いです。ドアの隙間が空きすぎているので廊下の音が聞こえます。 犬のトイレをさせる芝生があるのですが、後始末をしない人が多すぎて糞を踏まずに歩くのが大変です。」

「The property was an excellent choice. The facilities the staff were the best I’ve been to in the area. Ty e cuisine and staff at the restaurant on site Windrose was top notch, second to none. When we return it will definitely be at The Pensacola Beach Resort.」

「The location was very nice and clean. I went with my three kids and we had all of the necessary items to make it an enjoyable stay. The only issue is the communication on the website of the number of bedrooms. It does make you believe that there is more than one bedroom, when actuality, the other bed is in the living room as a pullout couch. Jamie was open about that so it wasn’t a major problem. She also stated that she let VRBO know. It would be nice if Vrbo wound make that change as it is a...
