"Really liked it a lot. Pool is nice, beach is great and less than a 5 minute walk. Would be great for a family with small children. There was some confusion with the lock code at checkin, but 2 minute phone call took care of that. Property is nice overall, but could use some fresh paint in the kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. It’s nothing bad, just normal wear and tear. I would give the property 5* if that was resolved."

"Cozy little hideaway, Yaya's carriage house was perfectly located close to anything and everything within a couple minute walk. The steps up the loft/beds could be challenging for anyone with mobility issues. Clean and comfortable. Rosemary is such a lovely community! "

"Wonderful value for money! Very comfortable, clean, and spacious. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Just note you can’t just cross the street and get to the beach. The other condos “own” it, and have it locked up tight. Plan accordingly."

"The property is in a great location. The staff was all very friendly and helpful. There is easy access to the beach. The gym is small but clean. It has a cute little gift shop where you can find snacks. Our room in particular was a little dated but very clean. Our porch had very cheap tiles laid down that were a little sketchy. Unfortunately the property was under renovation while we were here which we were not aware of until after booking. We did deal with some noice from that and seeing...
