「I loved that there was a stand up shower and a separate bath tub. The apartment was very spacious and comfy. Love the big TVs that have streaming platforms. Nice having a washer and dryer and all utensils needed already there. Apartment floors were dirty and the sheets had pee stains on them. I ended up buying sheets for the bed. Also the toilet was dirty. It didn't seem like it was cleaned good before getting there. Only 3 things I could complain about. Other than that it was overall perfect.」

「The home was nice. Very clean and loved the setup, the decorations, especially the kitchen. Great job to the owners that maintain the home and spruced it up for guests to stay. The only negative about the place was no washer dryer setup. My recommendation for this home is to add a wooden cutting board and a blender for the cooks out there (I’m a traveling private chef).」

「My wife and my son and his wife and our two teenage grandsons spent the week at this property while we isit attended a family reunion in Baker County, then dinner and a performance of West Side Story at the Alhambra in Jacksonville, and a trip to Universal Studios in Orlando. This was a comfortable and well-appointed place to return to every evening to relax, stretch out, unwind, and get a good night's sleep. 「The ONLY downside of this stay was not fully understanding where the guest entrance was on day 1. Once we figured out the GPS directions took us to the wrong gate we had no issues gaining access. Everything about the stay was seamless, the place was clean and prepped for our arrival, and we had no issues during our stay. Would definitely use again!」

「Dawn was great with very fast response! The house was perfect and just what I needed to host my daughter's graduation gathering and hosting family. Only thing is the neighbors are very nosy and called the sheriffs 3 times about my gathering between the hours of 7pm-730pm, which was not very pleasant because no one was loitering in front of residence or hanging outside and everyone parked on one side not blocking driveways. Nor was the music super loud. Other than that everything was great!」
