「Shower curtain in bathroom not long enough and did not reach shower floor which led to leakage and accumulation of water on small bathroom floor. Outside switch to spa did not work. Advised by reception later they needed to be advised if spa use was required so that it could be turned on by them . Suggest that sign be attached near outside switch to contact reception when spa has been turned off 」

「Wonderful break in the countryside. Friendly and helpful receptionist. Not too far from Newcastle’s beaches. Would have been helpful if room type description had more information about kitchen facilities. We weren’t sure if it had a hob/ oven (which it did in the 2-bedroom). Had to make another trip to the shops for Appropriate food once we sure of facilities. 」

「The place was lovely, we had a view of the sea from our bungalow and it's a great location for exploring the area. Staff were all friendly and helpful and the food was great in the bar. My only complaint was the movement sensor lights at night. They were so bright every time someone walked past it lit up the room. Some low level lighting would have been better. The outdoor furniture could use some new cushions too. And although it mentions a kitchenette, it's really just a fridge and tea/coffee....
