Our entire family (17 total: half were young grandchildren and half were adults) loved the private lake beach access*
Everyone also enjoyed the flat, astroturf backyard = great for the little ones to run/play on plus was comfortable to lay on (to view the spectacular stars) or during the daytime to view the vistas (lake, hills, etc.), the outdoor toys, the ample gravel parking area, the HOA's pools/pickleball/tennis plus was in a convenient location to drive to things like the Pickleville playhouse, etc.
Homeowner was very responsive to questions, a concern, etc.
If our grandkids were older/bigger, not sure if the sleeping arrangements would have worked out quite as well but since they were physically small, ranging from newborn to 9 years of age, it worked!
*watch out for some areas at the private beach that have deep sand (hard to tell where those areas are until too late!), 2 of our vehicles got stuck in it and a 3rd almost did. (The AWD had no problems but those w/o it did). But despite that, was PHENOMENAL having the private beach! No crowds despite us arriving during Raspberry Days and perfect to just drive up and park near the lake, unload gear and 'play'!
