"Only recommendation would be to upgrade the beach chairs . The house was very Homie and comfortable and plenty big. Would definitely stay again. "

"It was as cute as it looked on-line and gave us a great space for hanging out and enjoying each other's company. That said, I would recommend that you rent this with loved ones as privacy is limited because of the indoor design. With no insulation or dry wall every noise is heard throughout the house! Other nice surprises: new AC units (very quiet), very comfortable beds, and an outdoor shower with good light. The street is very quiet. I was surprised that basic kitchen supplies weren't included...

"My family and I had the pleasure of staying here during the Christmas holidays, and it was an excellent experience. We were especially grateful for the accessibility features, as my grandmother (85 years young), who uses a walker and had recently undergone surgery, was able to comfortably stay on the main floor. "The property was as advertised. It was clean and there was plenty of room for my family of 4. The place is updated and has large tvs in each room. We all agreed that beds were awesome and made for a great nights sleep. The location was close to major highways, making it easy to get anywhere we needed to go. I would definitely stay here again. "Had so much fun this weekend in Hampton Bays! House was perfect for a group of friends - many bedrooms, bathrooms, great pool with tons of outdoor games, and even the arcade room inside! So close to the beach, and a number of great restaurants. Highly recommend this house, and appreciate how helpful our host was with making sure we had everything we need and more!"

"The apartment is exactly as pictured! Every detail has been thoughtfully designed, making it beautiful. And it was exceptionally clean. It was smaller than I had imagined, but it was perfect for my husband and me during our visit. The hospitality was amazing, and the host was very responsive to all of our needs. "Pleased to be able to check in a bit early, after a long car ride. Disappointed that the dining room was closed, and the morning breakfast in the lobby was coffee only, not even a piece of toast! Also, the coffee in the room was terrible - not sure why? Otherwise very nice. Beds were super comfy and the decor is very attractive. Price was reasonable. Staff were friendly. Location is the main draw, along with the historic appeal of this iconic hotel. "
