Welcome to The Woolsey! Come on in and enjoy our home and amenities for up to 9 guests. In the living room, you'll find a shuffleboard table for some friendly competition, a large Smart TV for entertainment, a spacious sectional for relaxation, and a cozy space with chairs and cocktail tools for unwinding. The fully stocked kitchen is ready for your culinary adventures, and the dining table is perfect for enjoying meals together or any of the provided board games.
Our home is set up to spend plenty of time outside in the fresh air! The back yard features a hot tub, a gas grill, an outdoor dining table, and a fire pit!
When it is time to turn in for the night choose from one of our 4 bedrooms:
(1) Our primary bedroom features a King bed, Smart TV, private patio, and a nearby full bathroom.
(2) A bedroom with a King bed, closet space, and a nearby full bathroom.
(3) A bedroom with a King bed, closet space, and a nearby full bathroom.
(4) A bedroom with a Queen bed and a Twin size bed, a desk space, a Smart TV, bean bag chairs, and a nearby full bathroom.

Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes.

- Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM.
- No parties or events are allowed unless your request was pre-arranged with us, the host, and our event fee has been paid. If an un-approved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000.
- This property is not pet-friendly. Pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.
- Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.
- This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.
