Lo staff simpaticissimo, ti fanno sentire completamente a tuo agio e sono completamente a disposizione per qualsiasi tipo di problema. Anche la posizione dell’albergo è veramente comoda, praticamente esci a piedi e ti trovi già nell’area pedonale al centro di Moena. Non abbiamo usato la SPA o la vasca idromassaggio sul tetto, ma non ci è dispiaciuto per niente giocare,...

"Très belle place, difficile à trouver, il n’y a pas d’affiche L’eau de la douche avait ne voulait pas s’évacuer dans la douche et l’évier. Gros point, le bar joue de la musique jusqu’à minuit et nous l’entendions très bien. Ne pas prendre la chambre 105"

"The staff is nice and there is free parking near the hotel but - there is a big but - this is an old hotel, few amenities, basic rooms without ac, weak wifi, very basic breakfast, the hotels restaurant is low quality and pricey. This is not a 4 star hotel by any chance. Will not stay there again. "

"An amazing stay right on the town square in Ortisei. Beautiful historic property but service and food surpassed expectations - half board is highly recommended and excellent value. Service was top level at both reception and the restaurant (Sisi was our favourite!). Junior suite was large enough for family of 4 and housekeeping was excellent. Spa treatments (at their partner hotel) were also exceptional. The stay surpassed our exceptions and highly recommended."
