「The property is stunning beautiful gardens spacious bedrooms with lovely bedding n towels. Well equipped kitchen plenty of fridge n freezer space. Lovely outdoor eating areas for all 18 of us. 「Overall we enjoyed our trip and this was supported by good accommodation at the villa. The villa manager was very accessible which made things easier for us, we arrived later in the evening and had to pay a late check in fee which I believe should not be compulsory. I had to deal with a few issues regarding our second payment for the villa which should have been taken on the same card as used for the deposit 3 0 days prior to arriving. 「We had a wonderful stay at this great villa which is only a short drive from the airport, but provides a quiet and beautiful location. For mid-to-late October, we were blessed with the weather, which only enhanced the beauty of the place and its surroundings. There are restaurants and amenities that are only a short drive away, so there's plenty still to see and do. Joao was an excellent host and communication with him was excellent. If I can guarantee the weather, I'll certainly be back!」

「The villa was lovely, we loved the setting and the views were fantastic. You can walk to several restaurants. We were left a welcome package which was very helpful, but you do definitely need to go to a big supermarket as the two mini-markets did not stock very much especially fresh bread, fruit and vegetables, we would also say that the villa did not have enough towels and they also need to be renewed.」

「We really had a fantastic week in Algarve and the house met all our expectations. The location next to the tennis and padelcenter is absolutely perfect. The pool was very nice and all the beds really comfy. We got so much help from Charles with everything from tips of car rental and tee times at the golf courses to the best restaurants nearby. 」

「We spent a week here with a party of four families, Eight adults and seven teenagers. The House was big and had excellent outdoor dining and pool areas. Enough space for a big group. The outside dining furniture and sofas could have been in better shape though. Many of them where broken and some pillows had mold spots. The pool was big enough and fresh and there was enough sun loungers and parasols for everybody. A very nice touch was the outdoor bluetooth speakers, so we could listen to music...

「The villa has a fantastic garden, pool and terrace areas. It is brilliantly located in a quiet street near everything. The rooms are all spacious and the a/c (bedrooms only) works well. The kitchen appliances have been updated. The only criticism is that that the bathrooms are tired and would benefit from being updated but this did not detract from a wonderful family joliday! 」

「This family-size villa is amazing, with its external pool and its beautiful garden full of fruit trees. It is also very clean and fully equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, smart tv and all the bedrooms have their own bathroom). Li Lin and Larysa were always very nice and available and their attention to details was very appreciated. Larysa was very knowledgeable on the places to visit in the area. 「Schöne große Wohnung mit Platz für 6 Personen mit eigenem Bett. 2 Balkone. Wobei 1 Balkon zur Straßenseite aufgrund der Lautstärke nicht schön zu sitzen ist. Der Balkon zur anderen Seite mit großer Terrasse ist ruhig. Man hat keine direkten Nachbarn. Einzig in 100 Meter Entfernung gab es ab und zu etwas Lautstärke von Feriengruppen. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten fehlten im Inventar. Alle Räume sind mit Klimaanlagen ausgestattet. Buchung sowie der Check in und Check out waren sehr unkompliziert. Für...

「A last minute, 1 night booking before we flew home found us here. The apartment was spacious for 4 of us, the bathroom is tiny but we had everything we needed. Very clean and in a very good location.」
