Lots of birds and wildlife on this secluded parcel close to the university and all amenities. Trail down to a year round creek at the bottom of the property. Fire pit with wood available and a picnic table for outdoor fun. Piano inside if you play.

This place is a gem! Stunning property with lots of room for kids to play plus a large fire pit. Very private and feels like you’re further away from town, but so close to Fayetteville. VERY clean and has all the amenities you would need. Would definitely book here again!

This is a nice set up for family and/or friends. They did a nice job on the remodel. An early check-in and leisurely checkout was offered and the host was quick to respond to any questions. It’s nestled at the end of the street, so lots of privacy and very quiet. Would stay here again!

We came to town for a family wedding. The place was perfect for preparing some light meals and gathering around the big table. Clean, comfortable and beautiful wooded area. Highly recommend!

We will definitely book here again. The host made every effort to make sure we had everything we needed to have a perfect stay. We appreciated all of the hospitality. The only thing that could have made it even better would have been if all of the windows had treatments. I guess because the property is secluded it doesn’t seem absolutely necessary but we would have liked to have pulled the blinds down at night throughout the home. The bedrooms had blinds and were pitch black though and we slept all through the night. Overall an excellent experience and we highly recommend to others. Thank you, Guy!

It was fully equipped with everything we needed, making our stay incredibly comfortable and stress-free. The host went above and beyond, providing warm hospitality and ensuring we had everything required for a pleasant visit. Their attention to detail and readiness to assist with any inquiries significantly enhanced our experience. Fayetteville, just a short drive away, offered a wealth of activities to enjoy. Overall, our stay was wonderful, thanks to the combination of a tranquil home, an outstanding host, and the exciting attractions in Fayetteville.
