Joel the owner was great! He even made us breakfast and coffee one morning. Our room was wonderful, very clean. It’s a small place- only 12 rooms total but it’s all you need here. It’s quiet, peaceful, clean and comfy. And right ON a beautiful beach!

Exuma palms resort is a beachfront resort overlooking the ocean most especially when you wake up. It’s a 20min drive to George Town but there are grocery and liquor stores close to this property. There’s also a restaurant within the property owned by the owner of the resort himself, he is the chef too and his name is Joel and he is amazing! The food is really really good! One thing he did that amazed me is when he has to look for a conch as I have been craving for a conch salad when we got there and he made it possible for me to have it before leaving Exuma! We fell in love with Exuma and will definitely come back except for the no-see-ums lol. This place is highly recommended when you visit Exuma!!! Thanks Joel and your team, you guys are amazing and very nice people! ☺️ ! We love you guys! ❤️ Mark, Johana and Maja from Alberta, Canada❤️

Location is excellent, but the rooms are in poor conditions, service is mediocre, and 2 of the 4 rooms we booked through expedia and paid in full 3 months in advance were not available, that ruined our vacation because our stay was Dec 27th-Jan 1st, and all other acceptable options were sold out. We ended up checking out the 30th and booking a different hotel in Nassau at our expenses, that caused us to lose a lot of money. Neither the hotel not Expedia accepted to refund us.

We were travelling with family. We booked 4 rooms for 10 people from December 27th to January 1st We booked and paid in full in September through Expedia. On our arrival, only 2 rooms were available. Expedia relocated 2 rooms in a different hotel that was inferior class and unacceptable status, 40 minutes driving away. Both Expedia and the hotel refused to let us cancel our reservation, refund us, and let us book a different option. At the end, we just booked a different hotel in Nassau at our own expenses, so we could stay all together, but we did not get any refund. This ruined our vacation.

Incredible property manager. We arrived after 8pm closing time (for what ever reason the owner closes on mondays early), the property manager came back on her own time and gave us our room. The view is incredible from the room and it’s very piece full.

A small but pretty property with functional rooms and direct access to the pool and the beach. Let’s be real; if you are going to the Bahamas, you better be going for the beaches, and this hotel has fantastic access, just steps away from a world class beach. Very very friendly staff, clean room and bathroom. WiFi through individual mobile access point. The restaurant on site is great. Note that with most Bahamas properties which are not “inclusive” in the Exumas, you will need to have a rental car or use taxis to get to other restaurants or attractions. Highly recommended hotel with super beach access.
