We were travelling with family. We booked 4 rooms for 10 people from December 27th to January 1st
We booked and paid in full in September through Expedia.
On our arrival, only 2 rooms were available.
Expedia relocated 2 rooms in a different hotel that was inferior class and unacceptable status, 40 minutes driving away.
Both Expedia and the hotel refused to let us cancel our reservation, refund us, and let us book a different option.
At the end, we just booked a different hotel in Nassau at our own expenses, so we could stay all together, but we did not get any refund.
This ruined our vacation.
