「Stayed the weekend in the cabin. Little stove keeps us warm during a cool weekend in August. Plenty of blanket, kitchen was very well stocked, bed upstairs was so cute and very comfortable. So charming, and quaint with so much character. Out house was very well kept. No power or running water, but just added to that charm. Would totally stay here again! 」

「Mitch & Michelle have created a personable, peaceful cottage where you can enjoy a relaxing vacation. I did lot of hiking in Olympic NP, so it was nice to return to such a comfy home at the end of a long day. I managed to lock myself out of the cottage one night and Michelle was kind enough to come and let me in, even though it was 9:00 p.m. While I was traveling solo, this would also be a great place for a couple or even those with kids, since they have set up a lot of entertainment options...

「What a great place to stay. The house is so comfortable and the deck is fabulous. Views of Puget Sound & the Olympic Mountains along with great sunsets. Bruce & Diane are very accommodating hosts. We took their recommendations in dining out but you can’t beat the waterfront dining prepared in the well stocked kitchen. So much fun to see eagles from the house along with all the different ships going by, even a submarine! It was a wonderful stay.」

「What a view! And with the changing tides, the view actually changes throughout the day, which is so fun. The access to the beach just out the door was so nice. We brought a paddle board and could go out on the water as we pleased. Came across the coffee bar at Captain whidbey’s next door and could walk along the beach to go grab breakfast to go. The house itself was just fine. No bells and whistles, but clean. 」
