「素晴らしい環境でしたが、すぐ隣に家が建設中で、その屋根に職人がいるので部屋のカーテンを開けられなかったのが残念でした。 体調が優れないので、マダムにディナー時間を短くして欲しいとお願いすると、テーブルにシェフがわざわざ来てくださり、「出来ることは何でもするので、楽しんでほしい。」と言ってくださいました。お二人の気遣いにとても感激しました。 シェフとマダムのお人柄でしょうか、スタッフの雰囲気もとても柔らかく、素晴らしい滞在になりました。 料理は数あるミシュラン三つ星オーベルジュの中でも出色でした！！」

「Beautiful hotel and amazing service. The restaurant (bistrot, not the “Table”) is the same quality as its Michelin star sister restaurant but cheaper and more relaxed. Would come again. 」

「Our stay at Zannier could not have been any nicer! The staff was absolutely incredible, caring, and helpful — best service we have ever gotten during our travels! They had a room for skis and boots (which they kept on a heated rack); they were always available to drive us into town or to a restaurant and also to pick us up as soon as we called. 「Amazing location, 3 min easy walk from the main square and downtown ski lift. Basically it is hard to think of a smoothest experience with everything you need to do and enjoy walkable in a few minutes. Incredible spa and breakfast. Rooms are maybe not 5 stars but it is largely compensated by the place in general, the spa and the incredible location」
