「素晴らしい環境でしたが、すぐ隣に家が建設中で、その屋根に職人がいるので部屋のカーテンを開けられなかったのが残念でした。 体調が優れないので、マダムにディナー時間を短くして欲しいとお願いすると、テーブルにシェフがわざわざ来てくださり、「出来ることは何でもするので、楽しんでほしい。」と言ってくださいました。お二人の気遣いにとても感激しました。 シェフとマダムのお人柄でしょうか、スタッフの雰囲気もとても柔らかく、素晴らしい滞在になりました。 料理は数あるミシュラン三つ星オーベルジュの中でも出色でした！！」

「Our stay at Zannier could not have been any nicer! The staff was absolutely incredible, caring, and helpful — best service we have ever gotten during our travels! They had a room for skis and boots (which they kept on a heated rack); they were always available to drive us into town or to a restaurant and also to pick us up as soon as we called. 「Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable. Le spa est très sympathique et complet, avec des horaires d'ouverture de 7h à 22h30, ce qui est fortement appréciable. Le massage était superbe. Cependant, le prix du buffet de desserts à 24 € nous semble excessif lorsque l'on prend juste une petite douceur sucrée. Idem pour le repas au kids club à 32€ pour un croc mr... 」
