「Location is perfect as we were staying to visit Luray caverns. House was bigger than expected and rooms were a decent size. Beds were also very comfortable. The walk to the river was easy and beautiful (we drove to the chairs). Being slightly ocd the inside of the house could use a deep cleaning, lots of dust! But overall we had the best time.and would stay here again! 」

「This was the perfect house to stay in while visiting Shenandoah National Park. Only a short drive from one of the entrances, it made our day trips to the park much more manageable (with a baby and two dogs!). Loved the trees and the stream behind the house. 「Cabin was great, was a little concerned about the road in but it wasn’t a problem. Location to park and hikes good, luray caverns, James Madison home also worth seeing. 5 deer out the back window on Saturday. Thanks for the new deck and steps. 😊. Only suggestion would be we had salt and no pepper and no charcoal for the grill. Beds are old and we ended up using two but all in all a fun cabin. 」

「We had a great time getting away and having a secluded, private and peaceful place to stay. We drove around Shenandoah’s Sky Line Dr and came back to amazing weather and spent a few hours in the hot tub. 「The little blue cottage is so cute sitting alongside the big red brick house. We were in the area to participate in an event. We found this location to be perfectly situated near the event as well as to Shenandoah National Park. The host/hostess made us feel like they really enjoy having guests. We need to come back for the Caverns and fall leaves. 」
