"I tried to call them from Japan because I wanted to make sure that the shuttle bus would come to the airport to pick me up . However, the phone numbers are old, and I have never got to reach them. Shuttle bus never showed up when I have arrived at the airport despite the fact I have booked the shuttle service when I booked the room on this hotel. I am no satisfied with this hotel service"

"夏は雨期で寒く、体調が良くなかったので、料金は張りますがエアコンのあるこのホテルを利用しました。ホテルはエアコンもあり、朝食も充実しており、満足できました。残念だったのは、宿泊が2nd（日本の３F）の大通り沿いだったため、排ガスやクラクション等の喧噪で煩く、窓を開けることはできませんでした。サポートスタッフがしっかりしており、事前に案内やリクエスト対応のメールを頂けたので助かりました。お陰様で体調も回復でき、リラックスすることができました。またaddis ababa に行き機会がありましたら、利用させていただきます。ありがとうございました。"
