「Overall a very pleasant stay. Good location within 10 minute walk to beach and 3 minute walk to train station. No train noise at all. At check-in had issues reaching the property manager to fix a clogged kitchen sink and a broken electric window shutter, but once VRBO got involved these were addressed and for the most part the property was in good condition.」

「Such a perfect location and the host was remarkably accommodating. He even helped to arrange a transfer to and from Lisbon airport. Wonderful location! I hope we get to stay there again someday!」

「The unit was lovely - modern and well appointed. The view and balcony was a big plus. The building was quite funky - from the retro lobby to the elevators that seemed right out of a movie. The unit was super close to all the sites and restaurants. Our host was super responsive and helpful! . 」

「This is a wonderful apartment and within walking distance to so many restaurants, shops, and the ocean. A couple minor suggestions we gave to the owners: there's a street light right outside the upstairs bedroom window so thicker/darker curtains might be nice, the wifi seems weaker upstairs, and the water temp in both showers seemed inconsistent. But overall, a very nice stay in a beautiful city.」

「There was no one working at the hotel. Doors were locked and you had to have a cold to get in. Neither Expedia or the hotel gave me a cold. I did not stay because I couldn’t get in and had to go to another hotel. I will be filing a claim to be reimbursed, absolutely terrible experience, considering being in a foreign country where I did not speak the language plus I have poor visibility/poor vision. 」
