「Arrived very late, flight delays and then a road closure forcing a substantial detour. Thankfully my room card had been left out with a useful note and I was able to access the room. It was cold, no curtains, and couldn't figure out the heating but the bed was warm and that was all I cared about! Shower okay in the morning, Job done. Thanks.」

「Had a hard time figuring out how to adjust the temperature. It was warm in the room, but I did open the windows more which helped a great deal. Wouldn’t recommend for elderly people or anyone with difficulty climbing stairs.」

「This worked out great for our family. We spent most of our time in nearby Bishop’s Stortford with family. For rest, morning coffee and winding down in the evening, this place was perfect. It was clean and quiet, the mornings and evenings were cool and calm, very relaxing. The place is a bit remote, but that was easily remedied by the superior taxi service we experienced during our stay. We would strongly consider staying again on future visits and feel comfortable passing along this...

Only thing I would change is the height of the basin and mirror in the bathroom . I’m a average height female at 5’ 4” and the basin and mirror are set at a 6’2” male I’m sure lol apart from that all good would definitely stay again :) 」
