No contact. No information to access property
In Erie: Could not stay there. We were there but no contact information to access. Forced to find an expensive and uncomfortable motel. Very disappointing. Am contesting the American Express charge and asking for our reservation fee to be returned.

I was not able to stay in this location because the host stated that their property was not available after accepting the request and payment. The communication was horrible and I would not recommend this place.

Horrible host communication and location
I never was able to gain entrance to property as the host accepted money through rvbo and then never advised the property was not available foe my stay. I was stranded without a place to stay after my ling travels. Struggled to get vrbo to advise of the situation as thier site woild not allow me to cancel to get my money back. Still struggling with that.

Perfect
Perfect for myself, mom and two teenage daughters. Conveniently Located. Warm and cozy. The only negative I’d say is the beds were harder than we like. Other than that, next time I visit Erie, we will be staying again!

The apartment was nice. It could use a good cleaning but was well kept. The neighborhood was a bit sketchy but we felt safe behind 2 locked doors. Overall nice please to stay.

Cute, comfortable home
Wonderfully cozy apartment in the city. Much larger than it seems and the open door plan allowed for spending more time together. Lots of thoughtful touches and decorations that made it feel like home. Close to places and not too far drive to beach. Quiet apt upstairs. Taliah the host is friendly and quick to answer your messages. Recommend for a cozy comfortable place to stay!

Pictures are deceptive
Couch is tiny and dingy Floors appear to never have been cleaned Musty smell The neighbor dog barks constantly The front bedroom has to deal with the excessive LOUD traffic noise which includes cars revving their engines, racing, motorcycles, and excessive bass and high volume music late in the night hours. Headboard on king bed is stained, wall above headboard is stained. Sheets may be 'clean' but are white and have stains/marks all over them. Be cautious of VERY steep stairs to enter the apartment. No attention to detail when it comes to cleanliness of the apartment

Dangerous neighborhood
We did not stay at this property because it was in a very dangerous neighborhood. Unfortunately we could no cancel because we did not get the address until it was too late to cancel.

Comfortable nest
We stayed for 6 days in this centrally located good sized apartment. It is close to all the main streets that take you where ever you want to go. It is comfortable and thoughtfully equipped with everything you need for a home away from home. The bed (back bedroom) is extremely comfy, as well as the pillows! The 6 pack of water was welcoming, as well as the K ups and the popcorn! It is on a very busy street but in the evening and night wasn't too noticeable. Parking was never a problem, on the street in front. We will definitely be looking to stay here in the future when we visit our hometown. Talia did a fabulous job with decor. Communication was topnotch!
