「A nightmare from go. A week prior to arrival in Reim, I requested address from host, but she would not give it to us. Was told we would get the address at 3 PM on the day we were going to arrive. We arrived and we had no contact with the host until 4:30 PM when we called Vrbo customer service l. when we entered the unit, The front door was broken there was no working locks. There was a filthy garbage can in the hallway. there was a second entrance hallway door that was also broke without a lock....

「The Flat is in a great location within 10 mins of Reims Cathedrale. Check in process with easy and communication with property manager was great. Flat is big and well equipped. It has four bedrooms & two bathrooms but note it only has one toilet. Parking was free outside property and we always found a space but there are a lot of birds in area and car can get quite dirty. Overall the flat is great if you need to be in the centre of town and need to have parking. Thank you for a lovely stay.」

「We had a great stay in Épernay. A couple things to note for those considering a stay. Parking - this is a residential neighborhood and parking was always available but we parked 500 meters away often. Laundry - it took 3 hrs to wash a load of laundry, 3 days to dry the laundry. Dryer was not up to the task, but there was a clothes hanger that did help. Thankfully we stayed 5 days. Saturday morning market is 50 meters from the door and it is a must. 「Christine was exceptional with her prompt communication and hospitality. She left our 8 y.o. a present and sweet treats, and she directed us to the games in the apartment that we enjoyed on our evening in. The location is perfect with easy and free parking. The apartment is so spacious, clean, and includes everything needed, and I'm sure if you need something that may be missing, she will supply it. Would definitely return.」

「My only regret was that we couldnt stay longer. This apartment was well furnished, very cute and in the most convenient location. Very walkable to dozens of restaurants, bars and the best bakeries. I would highly recommend this apartment. We were two people and it was so spacious. Located on 3rd floor for those who have trouble with stairs, not a problem for us, but could be for some. I would definitely return.」
