「Kenmosa is a quaint, rustic place that is safe and serene. The grounds are immaculate and you can walk around the entire Kenmosa compound. The only thing that will wake you up is birds! Electricity went out only during a big storm briefly. Had hot showers daily. Security is excellent. And the staff are super friendly. I highly recommend staying here if you want a peaceful, safe and secure place to stay. 」

「The Hotel is ok to good, the staff certainly raise the level. Rooms could certainly do with a refresh, the bathroom is straight out of the 80’s but kept clean. Bedroom windows wouldn't lock, and had gaps that let a lot of noise through. Food was good and varied enough. Overall a pleasant enough stay」

「Be prepared to walk up and down hills. NO hot water in the shower.food was ok, but eat in your room if you want to be comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pictures don't really show you what this place is like.」

「The only reasonable staffs are a lady and a gentleman called Mathew at reception table. They call it buffet but food not enough for people, you'll serve rice and wait for other food, which is very inconvenient and shameful standing waiting for food. They need to train all their staffs or they'll keep losing customers. Not the best place to spend your money. My opinion. 」

「It is suspected that the old manager is scamming them with the hotel.com app, they did it have my reservation or confirmation. The hotel is run down with water infiltration on the wall. Lots of mosquitos all night and super hot ( I am Canadien). Staff were very nice and accommodate me but don’t know the end of the situation with the confirmation or the old manager 」
