「Our family planned something quiet and relaxing. The only sounds you heard at night were the crickets and frogs. There were plenty of spaces outside to relax and unwind. My youngest loved the outdoor area with the rocker chairs and TV. We really enjoyed swimming and paddle boardingb off the dock」

「The house we rented was cozy and comfortable. The cove on the lake was extremely quiet and peaceful...which is just what we were craving. The house had all the amenities we could have hoped for plus some. I was very impressed by the response of the owner, Brenda, whenever I had a question or concern. I asked her if she had any lounge chairs to take to the dock and she immediately ordered some! There was an issue with the air conditioning in one room and Brenda immediately called the AC company...

「We really enjoyed our time. It was a perfect home and space. The water was so low we couldn’t use the lake, but luckily we were visiting family on a different part of the lake so it worked out. I also didn’t realize there is another house very close beside this one but also luckily no one was there so we had the quiet woods to ourselves and it was heaven. 」

「Great house with lots of space for our big family group. Great communication from the owner. Very clean inside but deck/outdoor area had spider webs that we dodged, and not as clean. However, still a great space with ceiling fans that we enjoyed each evening! Also, wished we had better lake access, but enjoyed the beach area to fish and a neighbor allowed us on his private dock! Overall a great trip and we would book again! Thank you!」

「The cabin was absolutely wonderful. Clean, bright, open, well stocked and just a peaceful place to hang out and spend some time. The property manager or owners, Ron and Sheryll were responsive, helpful and oh so nice to deal with. We enjoyed ourselves so much we will be coming back next summer!!」

「I grew up on this lake. Often when we are in town we stay at the State park cabins, but they had no availability. I’m so glad I found this little cabin on VRBO! So much homier than staying at the cabins in the state park. We loved our stay. 」

「Loved our stay here! Super cute wood cabin. We spent all of our time on the spacious back porch area. Very relaxing and plenty of parking. The dock was the best and perfect for our parking our large pontoon boat. The owner was very responsive via text. Plenty of plates, cups, cookingware and left over spices/coffees from previous guests. 」

「This is not a review although it gets 5 stars. Except for Petra. She was very helpful and nice before the trip and after my husband got back I have written 3-4 emails and she has not responded to any of them. So, Petra is great but not a great communicator and that is what this industry is all about. 「The property is in a quiet area, on the water and very close to a boat launch. Great for relaxing and entertaining. Relatively close to stores, resteraunts. Very comfortable. Only down side is only one of the three bedrooms has a closet. Would definitely stay again.」
