「Es war im Großen und Ganzen OK. Es gab einige Mängel. Der Fernseher funktionierte nur über HDMI und Laptop. Diesen hatte ich nicht mit. Es wurde auch nicht kommuniziert. Schade. Der Eintritt zum Pool war gesperrt, so haben wir Nachbarn belästigen müssen, um baden zu können. Der Vermieter hat erst nach 2-3 Tagen geantwortet. Jedoch keine Besserung veranlasst.」

「Wir hatten eine gute Zeit hier. Die Wohnung ist zwar nur klein, aber was braucht man auch anderes für den Urlaub. Man ist eh die gesamte Zeit unterwegs!Die Wohnung ist spartanisch eingerichtet. Ein Teller mehr und etwas besseres Besteck wären wünschenswert, aber was erwartet man für den Preis. Einen kleinen Minuspunkt gibt es in der Bewertung der Dauberkeot. Die Wohnung liegt in einer Anlage mit vielen Hunden und Katzen und auch wenn die Schilder darauf hinweisen, fühlen sich einige Anwohner...

「Really pleasant, spacious apartment with excellent balcony. Yes, it’s uphill with a number of steps but we were in no hurry and just took our time - we’re both in our seventies. We have booked again for next year but for four weeks this time. The one thing I would appreciate would be a full size ironing board rather than a table top one. Already looking forward to next years holiday.」

「Was a great stay. We like to walk out to different places so location was excellent. Everything you need at the apartment for self catering holiday. The apartment lay out is great with the two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Would definitely stay again. 」

La cortesia e la gentilezza di Daniel sempre disponibile per tutto ,mare ,siam mall, siam park e supermercato a 10 minuti di passeggiata, consiglio questa struttura noi ritorneremo il prossimo anno sicuramente 」

「We were very happy with the apartment. It was spacious, very clean, well-equipped with everything we could need... fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven and hob, crockery, cutlery, tables, chairs, tvs in living room and bedroom. Good cleaning service, a lovely balcony with sunbeds, chairs and dining table. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, and the resort is well-placed for everything in Adeje. Heated pool was popular and getting a sunbed in January wasn't a huge problem,...

「Fantastic property in lovely well looked after complex .. Couple of things needing attention in the villa but were sorted out fairly quickly . Only small issue was the very small water tank so we had to space out our showers and wasn’t really big enough to even half fill the spa tub with hot water .. but I guess in the summer that wouldn’t be an issue .. Wouldn’t put us off going back again though .. Lovely relaxing location and accommodation 」

「Great accommodation - just what we needed. Well situated, clean and well equipped. Pool area was fabulous. Owner was very quick with communication and when we had an electricity issue, a technician was sent immediately to resolve it. However we would change a couple of things…there are pictures of a beach which is NOT 300m away which is a bit misleading. The safe needs to be replaced - we had to go out leaving valuables around as it could not be fixed. Air conditioning would have been amazing...

「On arrival Brice was there to meet us and couldn’t have been more helpful he gave us tips on where to go and what was available locally. The apartment was clean and had all amenities you would need. The only real issues were the sketchy nature of the Wi-Fi and the tired sunbeds on the roof that need replacing. Overall a very pleasent stay and thanks again to Brice for all his help and advice.」
