This is a remote worker's paradise with a dedicated work space, entertainment area, and digital piano for our musically inclined guests. The home has been fully stocked with you in mind so you can enjoy your short or long-term stay in the Sun City.
Morningside Heights is a quaint older neighborhood in Northeast El Paso. It is very quiet with charms from the 50's with many renovations and remodels being done in this wonderful space.
You will enter this stylish home and be greeted by a ton of natural light pouring into the first living room which boasts a sitting area for two in front of the fireplace (not operational).
You will enter the primary suite through the doorway to the right, with beautiful bay windows, a comfortable queen-sized bed, and a 55" inch Smart TV. Attached are the ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet.
You'll enter the fully stocked kitchen from the front living room for homemade meals or that much-needed morning coffee. The open floor plan provides a spacious feel as we walk into the dining and office area.
The dining room table is great for gathering for meals or chats. On one side you'll find the office nook with a desk and chair to provide a comfortable area for those remote workers who may need to take video meetings. On the other side, you will find the comfy living room with a sectional couch, extra blankets to snuggle up in, and a 55" Chrome Cast TV.
Open the decorative curtains along the far wall to access the full-sized washer and dryer.
Down the hall, you will the other three bedrooms. Two rooms have a queen-sized bed, and one has two single beds. These bedrooms share a full bathroom with a tub and a shower.
The backyard is very large and great for making memories around the firepit. With four lounge chairs and an outdoor dining table in the shaded area, you'll want to spend a lot of time back here when the weather allows. The dog family members seem to love it too!
If booking on a platform other than Airbnb, before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Superhog. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Superhog will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
We are happy to invite you to bring your dogs with you into our home. We do limit the amount to two dogs. We do not allow cats at this property due to owner allergens. Please see our pet rules for violation fees.
The stove/oven in this home is made in Mexico (we are very close to the border) and operates a bit differently than we are used to, but it is fully functional. While some think it is because it is old, that isn't the case.
The stove has a separate switch that must be pushed down to ignite a burner. The oven must have the pilot light lit with a long lighter (provided in the home). We have provided video instructions in the digital guidebook for ease of operation for an appliance that might be foreign to you.
Turnkey STRs Security Deposit Waiver for Guests
Once you purchase a Turnkey STR Security Deposit Waiver, then the following terms and conditions are now part of your vacation rental property lease agreement.
I. AGREEMENT
A. On behalf of Turnkey STRs, LLC, they have assumed the responsibility for damages as outlined below and waives your security deposit up to $500, the waiver limit purchased by You, the renter, for your stay at the vacation rental property.
B. Turnkey STRs is hereby responsible for damage to real or personal property of the vacation rental property as a result of your acts. Turnkey STRs will pay the lesser of the cost of repairs or the cost to replace the property up to $500. This waiver does not negate your responsibilities as a renter to include all rules and policies agreed to by you as the Guest.
C. This is not an agreement to provide insurance. You are buying a waiver of the security deposit otherwise due as part of Your vacation rental property lease agreement.
II.EXCLUSIONS
A. This Security Deposit Waiver will not pay for damages or loss resulting from:
• Acts of God
• Theft
• Pet caused damages (including cleaning)
• Prior damage, cosmetic damage, or normal wear and tear
• Loss of use of the vacation rental property
• Rodent, termite, infestation, or wild animal
• Damage to a motorized vehicle
• Fine art, collectibles, or sets of items
• This Waiver will not pay for damage or theft of property owned by You.
• This Waiver will not pay for costs associated with odor, debris removal, backups of sewers and drains, landscaping, marring, maintenance, or mechanical breakdown.
B. Should damages occur due to Your actions and are not covered by this waiver, You are financially responsible for those damages.
III. CONDITIONS
A. Turnkey STRs has the sole authority to determine the nature and extent of damages, necessary repairs, and eligibility for the waiver, and shall exercise that authority in a reasonable manner.
B. Turnkey STRs reserves the right to determine if damage is eligible for reimbursement at actual cash value.
C. This Waiver will pay for excessive cleaning, as a direct result of damage, over and above the normal cleaning fee. An irreparable stain or spillage is considered damage.
D. This Waiver is only effective for a one-time single continuous stay, of up to 90 days, for which You purchased the Waiver. It takes effect when You occupy the vacation rental property and terminates when You depart the same vacation rental property.
E. This waiver is null and void should damages be caused by Your actions stemming from violations of the rules and policies agreed upon prior to occupying the home and you will be required to make the Owner financially whole by reimbursing the total cost of loss (i.e., extra cleaning due to an unauthorized party, theft, unreported damages, etc.)
F. If there is a dispute related to these terms, mediation is required before any party may file litigation. In the event of litigation, all parties waive the right to a jury trial.
IV. DEFINITIONS
You, or Your, is the renter of the vacation rental property and includes the renter’s spouse, children and any other person the renter invited on to the vacation rental property during your stay at the vacation rental property.
