「Das Hotel ist gut gelegen (etwas ausserhalb, aber trotzdem ist man zu Fuss sehr schnell am Strand), sauber und gut erhalten. Ich hatte ein Zimmer im neueren Teil des Hotels. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit 」

「It was an ok stay. Nice view from the room. Easy access to transportation although we used mostly Ubers during our stay. There is a lovely strip about 4 minutes walk from the hotel that we didn’t discover till the night before we left so we spent the afternoon after checking out just walking along the beach. Was disappointed because we were assured we would be able to pay for late check out but they changed their tune the morning of which disrupted my plans so wasn’t a very happy girl on check...

「Property very clean, Staff freindly and go the extra mile, only downside there wasnt a restaurant open at the hotel but that could have been the end of season time. Value for money and would definitely return thanks」

「During check-in, it turned out that the employee was not able to correctly add up the amount due. I had to explain and show him twice where he made the mistake. Then it turned out that he couldn't scan my document. All of this delayed the process. During my stay, when I wanted to use the restaurant, it turned out to be impossible. At the reception, I was given different opening hours than those that were actually in effect. When I went to purchase a meal, I was told that it was already closed....

「Modern & sauberes Hotel Super freundliches Personal Qualitatives Essen (was man am Ballermann eigentlich nicht kennt) also wirklich gutes Buffet Großer Balkon mit Wäscheständer Zimmer etwas klein aber reicht aufjedenfall für ein paar Tage aus (Toilette war bei uns im Raum, also sollte man sich Wohl fühlen beim Partner mit dem man reist) aber vielleicht ist es auch nicht in jedem Zimmer so 」
