「We were in Spokane visiting a college with our sons. The location was perfect. The neighborhoods was welcoming. The spacious layout and design were very comfortable. We loved having a hot tub with bathrobes for the cold walk outside. We were welcomed to the apartment with a sweet note and brownies. 「Easy access to the convention center as we were in town for WMEA. Communication was efficient and everything worked without a hitch in terms of access and the appliances in the unit. Apartment was clean and comfortable and warm - a welcome refuge from slopping through the snow and icy slush outside. Like others mentioned, there is still quite a bit of exterior noise outside on the street, even in January. But we would rent again. But also, the kitchen could use a spatula. :-)」

「This property is a nice apartment on the bottom level of a house, with its own entrance, and a small, fenced backyard. It is in a quiet, newer built, family neighborhood. 「It was a beautiful place. It has a heated bathroom floor The fireplace was a small plug in and the jacuzzi is all the way on the other side of the house. I was hoping for a fireplace and jacuzzi. But for the price it was a great place to either have a wedding or or go afterwards. It has a great area for a wedding. 」

「I don’t like leaving negative reviews, I honestly don’t. I must be honest though. The pictures are deceiving and purposefully don’t show the bathroom. The toilet is placed so close to the shower that you have to be an Olympic gymnast to take a #2. There were only 3 towels and enough sleeping room for 3 adults even though it says it sleeps 4. 「Fantastic 3 day stay. Myself, husband, 2 daughters, 2 son in laws and 4 grandchildren ranging from 1 to 7. 10 people total. The pool was a big hit, lots of pool toys, towels and lifejackets.
