「We actually stayed at Spark by Hilton in Winchester, VA twice: once on our way down to Florida from CT, and once returning to CT. During both stays, we found the room clean, the staff friendly, and the bagel breakfast just right for our needs. Please be aware that this hotel does not provide a hot breakfast. 」
