"I really liked staying here. The staff was great. The folks at the desk, the door person, the bell persons, etc. What I didn't like was the room I was given, which was right next to the elevator. The elevator is old and noisy and I got no sleep literally."

"The hotel is beautiful. The staff was very friendly and would definitely stay here again. The only thing was was kind is disappointing was the water view room. Technically it was a water view but it was the side inlet facing another building, so the water view was limited. We were able to see the cool fire department boats parked outside of our window though, "

"Waterpark was fun and clean. Would be great if they added a real bar to the pool area. 4 stars for condition only because they are doing updates and construction to part of the hotel. The other finished part of the hotel was nicely done. Live music was fun, however the musician that was there only knew 3 jimmy buffet songs however he was a decent and we enjoyed the music. Room was nice with a balcony, decent bathroom and clean. "
