「This was my 2nd stay so I can now say that our great stay the 1st time wasn’t a fluke. My pup has a specialist vet in Mandeville and the closer “pet friendly” hotels charge a $75 fee (not deposit), which puts a basic room at almost $200. I took a chance on this property last month and will be a forever customer when traveling with my pup. There is no charge or deposit for 1 pet!!!! 「10号線この辺りは毎日渋滞がある様で、早めにチェックインできたのは良かったが、ネット予約で喫煙可と書いてあったのを見逃し、喫煙室で非常に臭かった。早い時間にチェックインしたので部屋を替えてくれと頼んだがダメで、室内の全てがBest Westernの中では最低レベルだった。」

「Located in very close proximity to Touro. Was scheduled for major surgery the next day. Had to arrive at hospital at 5:00 AM. We live 2 hours away, so staying close was a necessity. Quite convenient if early admission required. Has a very nice restaurant with free parking as well. Room clean and spacious. Would absolutely stay there again!」

「Lori was there everyday at the front desk and had great customer service! The only bummer was some guest decided to smoke in the stairwell so we all had to evacuate at 1am. But that's no fault of the property. We will stay here again. 」
