「This location is exactly as described in the listing. What the listing might not say is how quiet the space is! We were down to move mom into a senior living center and wanted a space that was peaceful after long days of driving and unpacking. Larry's location was just that. The apartment is nextdoor to another apartment, but we never heard a peep! We will definitely stay again when we come down to visit mom or on our way to WNC. 」

「Everything was as expected, per the listing. Everything you need for a good stay is provided. Nice selection of books and games to pass the time. If you ride motorcycles, all 4 roads leading out of town are great! (Hwy 89 - Experienced riders only!)」

「My husband and I stayed for 9 days with our dogs to hike in Daniel Boone National Forest and paddle board in Laurel Lake. The hosts were super kind and even offered to drop us off to do some boating and gave us some fresh eggs for breakfast!」

「The place does not exist. Could not find it. Called the host. Host had phone on not accepting calls. I was in the area for my mom's funeral. Had to scramble to find another place to stay. 」

「Good for light travel. Must be able to navigate narrow spiral staircase. Place was very clean with cute decor.」

「The Cozy Cabin was a great set up for our annual hiking trip. The cabin was very clean, had everything we needed and was very comfortable. All instructions were accurate and the listing was exactly as described. The hot tub was key after long days out on the trails. The host was very helpful and able to send over replacement propane tanks for the fire pit, which was much appreciated. We had a wonderful trip and would absolutely stay here again. 」

「Overall, very good! We stay in many cabins as we go on hiking trips. We have never stayed at a cabin with better surrounding features and view. The cabin is a good cabin. It would be wise to spend 3 to 4 thousand dollars and buy some quality leather chairs, sofa and kitchen table/chairs. The bed was of good quality and comfortable, but the rest of the furniture was surprisingly poor.」
