「En general todo muy bien, el cuarto de baño olía mal, como a desagüe, es lo único negativo. 」

「Mi experiencia en general ha sido buena, la habitación amplia, la cama cómoda, la comida variada y muy buena. lo único que el día que nos veníamos vimos como a los huéspedes que llegaban le daban un regalo de bienvenida y a nosotros no nos lo dieron, íbamos a preguntar pero al final como había mucha gente lo dejamos. Tampoco es que le hayamos dado mayor importancia, sólo nos extrañó.」

「Lovely hotel and area. Stayed as a family of 4, the employees throughout the hotel were lovely. The food at the buffet was good quality. Kids loved both the main and splash pool. They had an awesome Halloween display throughout the foyer, restaurant and one down the corridor which was lovely.」

「The views and surroundings are nice.Unsafe as we found they had an emergency exit closed with a chain and lock on it and after days complaining they finally took the chain off..In general there was no feedback when putting in complaints about door staying open ,noise of music voices etc coming from kitchen extractor,room not cleaned one day,no hot water first day,toilet cistern etc etc」
