「My husband and I needed a night getaway and we stayed at embassy suites brooks before… location is clean and staff is friendly and inviting. The restaurant and bar and nice with great ambience. Will definitely stay here again. 」

「朝食付きでこの値段は破格。朝食のメニューは毎日一緒だけど、種類は十分だし美味しかった。立地もリバーウォーク沿いで歩きでの移動がしやすい。さらに夕方にはフリーのお酒とおつまみ(もはや夕食)まである。入らなかったけどプールもあるし本当に至れり尽くせり。地味にたくさんバスタオル置いてあるのも嬉しい。最高のコスパを持ったホテルだと思う。」

「When we arrived it was $40 for valet which is pretty high but the fee is good all day even if you come and go plus it was right at the entry which was nice. The wait to check in was about 30 mins. They only had 1 person checking people in and a line of about 20 people. Expedia wrongly advertised that a patio was included, but the staff was able to accommodate me with a patio free of charge. Nice comfortable beds, kitchen area with fridge, microwave and all the utensils. Breakfast was 6/10- the...

「We chose this hotel to be close to the Alamodome and it was just 5 mins away. Location was easy to get to and parking seemed safe and secure. Staff was so nice. The room was clean and comfy. We liked that the sofa pulled out into a bed which helped with all the kids. Breakfast was good. We would definitely stay again. ** this hotel is not walking distance to the tourist part of the riverwalk. I’d say this is more for the Alamodome 」

「部屋にケトルはなく、フロントでも借りられませんでした。コーヒーメーカーでお湯を沸かせると教えてもらい、10回くらい洗浄してから使いました。 ホテルの中央が吹き抜けなので、ロビーで騒いでいる音が部屋の中でも気になりました。道路に面した部屋でしたが、早朝からトラックが走っており、その音も気になりました。 安全面、清潔面は問題なく、毎日清掃も入ってくれました。ショッピングモールや飲食店へのアクセスも良好です。プールも気持ちよかったです。」

「The park across the street is a bit sketchy, but other than that it was a very nice experience. Lovely pool, excellent staff, One elevator was broken which was a bit inconvenient. Restaurants are very good, lovely lobby, concierge is wonderful. Our first stay in San Antonio and we enjoyed it. Also, great restaurants nearby, and the River Walk is an easy stroll. all in all, very very nice.」
