Grape Harvest Weekend
Great stay! Clean and comfortable, tastefully decorated for the homestead type house. Property is quaint and private. Oh, and the grapes surrounding the property! Sat on the porch every morning and enjoyed my coffee. Perfect trip!

Amazing weekend stay
We enjoyed every moment of our stay. The house and property set the mood for a girls wine weekend. The charm of the 1800s house with vineyards, an old barn and tree swing. It's proximity to the wineries, distilleries and lake Erie was amazing. Everything was only minutes away. We can't wait to come back and just escape for another long weekend

Scenic and cozy
This house had everything we needed and more. There was ample space and comfortable seating and beds. I appreciated the supplies in the kitchen like measuring cups, whisk, baking pans etc… and the toys for the kids. The house is nestled within miles and miles of vineyards and there’s a lovely view of Lake Erie (10 mins away) which is enormous! We enjoyed the fire pit too. It was a very nice stay. Thank you!

Great communication! Promptly set up our toddler bed the morning of our arrival. The place is a great old house with plenty of personal touches and well thought out amenities. Right in the middle of a vineyard, it has a great farmhouse atmosphere. Exactly what we were looking for.

Property was very nice and well situated for a wine tour weekend. Older farm house but very clean and charming. Beautiful view of the lake. Only negative was having to figure out how to dispose of our garbage.

Girls Getaway
We had 9 ladies get together for a weekend away and we could not have been happier with our stay! The house is adorable and is nestled in the middle of wine country so the view couldn't be beat! We are already talking about doing this again next year!

This was the first time using a home rental property, and we were thrilled with how everything went. We went in with low expectations and we’re completely surprised with how nice everything was. They even left us a welcoming basket with a loaf of homemade bread and grape jelly. We’ll definitely rent here again.

Highly recommend!
I would recommend the home stead house to anyone looking for a vacation home! The house was perfect. We all felt at home right away! The owners were super sweet. The only problem we really had was the stove, some of the burners worked slower then some but we made it work. The house is in a perfect location! Close to a mall and driving distance to all of the people we had to visit. We will certainly come back to rent the house in the future!

Girl's trip
This place was a quaint farm house with everything we needed. Large bed rooms, very comfortable. Cute claw foot tub. Loved the fire pit! Awesome view of the sun setting on Lake Erie. We took little excursions to the peninsula, did some wine tasting, awesome pie at Meeder's, an interesting trip to Lily Dale, and a great day trip to Niagara Falls. We found this house great in meeting our needs, and really is in a quiet, great location. We were welcomed by the owner, and made to feel very welcome. We will definitely be saving this location in our "favorites" folder!
