「Thanks for the clean property and great location!」

「It was perfect for the two of us. Easy to find, safe area. Conveniently located close to historic Tarpon Springs which gave us a great afternoon of walking the shops and enjoying lunch on the water. 」

「It is exactly what the pictures show. It’s a shed converted into a hotel room. It was clean, secure, and suitable for a single traveler. The bed was smaller but I managed to fit on it. I’m 6’2” and 250lbs. The A/C was small but it worked very well. The property is surrounded by a locking fence/gate. The room has a deadbolt that can only be locked from the inside. The property is really pretty. It’s walking distance from a few craft breweries, food trucks, and coffee shops. I would stay here...

「My 85 year old grandmother was released from the hospital and it was very comfortable and convenient for her and our family everywhere was far as groceries and amenities was 5 mins away 」

「Exactly as described. The owners did a great job of renovating an old beach motel into a beautifully updated property. Two heated pools, convenient location and the best shower heads make for a really nice weekend getaway. Can’t wait to come back!」

「The property and location were great for ours needs. It met our expectations. My daughter and I stayed in the studio apartment, and we had friends staying in the 2 bedroom house on the property. I was disappointed that the backyard area was off limits to guests. The owner's family lived on the property and the yard was for their use. 「Third stay at this wonderful , convenient Vrbo!!!」

「The little place was very quaint. The bed was more comfortable than my own and the shower was huge. Loved the little fenced in yard, loved the landscape. My only complaint would be better ac. The little units caught up later at night. Im very hit blooded so thats probably just me. Overall a great place to stay. My son complained about the internet, but that doesnt bother me i dont play games and he will survive lol. Highly recommend, close to everything and the price point was good.」

「A very quaint cottage like property with a nice outdoor sitting area. Peaceful and quiet. It is quite small and makes you organize and compact your things into a small space, but it has everything needed and I was comfortable staying there for a week. (Probably not enough room if more than two people and two people is pushing the space). The neighborhood is very nice as well. Old NE with cobblestone streets. It is walkable to the beaches, parks, downtown and Snell Isle. 」

「Good!」

「Property itself it’s okay for the money(value).They only clean the rooms every 3 days. The elevator wasn’t working. Cleanliness is ok. Heater in the pool broken as well. 」
