Relaxing Townhouse Downtown Dubuque

Welcome to your spacious and vibrant home only a block to downtown Dubuque's best shops, restaurants, nightlife, and tourist attractions! Walk to the Fenelon Elevator and Five Flags Center! With three inviting bedrooms, five beds, and a futon, this charming house comfortably accommodates up to nine guests, making it the perfect choice for family gatherings, group getaways, or work-related trips. There are two full baths, one on each floor. We have a great fenced in backyard with a fire pit. Fully stocked kitchen if you want to make meals at home, along with a gas grill. We have a washer and dryer on the first floor. There is free off street parking for 2-3 cars depending on size. We have a pack n play and high chair available at the property as well.

The Perfect Place
Absolutely loved this home and the very responsive owners! Welcoming, bright, cozy yet spacious. Everything you could need has been thought of and provided. Very family/pet friendly. The dog treats/bowls were a great welcome for our pup. Location is perfectly located. Walking distance to dining, shops, and local attractions. So comfortable! Highly recommend a stay here.

Great experience, lots of space!
My friends and I recently stayed at Troy and Stacy's wonderful home in Dubuque and had a great time. The house is perfectly located within walking distance of downtown restaurants, shops, etc. and there are plenty of beds and sleeping space. Would highly recommend staying at Troy and Stacy's house if you find yourself in Dubuque and want a great, central location to do some exploring!

First time to Dubuque
We enjoyed our time in Dubuque and found the house to be in an absolutely ideal location for our plans. The owners were quick to respond, although we didn't have any issues (but we did check in related to our arrival and departure). My family appreciated the variety of kid friendly toys and games that were easily available.

A family weekend away!
The owners of the property allowed us to bring our dogs, which is a huge deal to us. We are so blessed we found a place that was clean, big enough, updated and even had a fenced in yard. The location is perfect walking distance for small business, tons of restaurants and bars. We liked how there were multiple bathrooms, main floor laundry, smart tv, a dishwasher and games there to play. I highly recommend this property!

Visit our son at college
It was very clean and cozy and well appointed. It even had a small fenced in back yard. The beds were comfortable. My dad loved the main floor shower. Good parking off the street. Plenty of room. We would definitely stay again.

We loved the details the owners put into this place. From the dog treats to the box of wood for the firepit…everything was well thought out. It’s a short walk to the farmers market, restaurants and bars too! We had a great stay! Thank you.
