A unique and elegant dining table set up that sits 6 people elevates your dining experience, where you and your loved ones can enjoy sumptuous meals together. Matched with its gorgeous modern drop light. The bar stools on the kitchen island for two make it space efficient and they are ideal for your chitchats or snack to share.
Interestingly, the living space has a comfortable sofa upholstered with soft fabric and foam filling for an optimal level of comfort where you can sit back and lounge after a long tiring day. A full HD flatscreen TV and high-speed internet that completes your entertainment during your stay. This space is completed with a soft carpet, marble top center table, modern floor lamp and wall arts. Access the balcony through this area and enjoy the fresh breeze or just have a quick snack anytime of the day. Equipped with the outdoor furniture while taking advantage of the peaceful ambiance.

It sits on a huge landmass with different districts for residential and commercial purposes. The location of Dubai South is of prime importance along Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, near Dubai Investment Park.
Located right next to Al Maktoum International Airport, District 2020, and UAE’s Green Belt, the development has an advantageous position in Dubai. Here you will also find a future metro station and several bus lines. There are multiple access routes to the territory which include Sheikh Zayed Road & Emirates Road
Dubai South is a city within a city. Eventually, it will be the home of all kinds of basic and luxurious facilities. Ibn Battuta Mall can be reached within 25 minutes and The Outlet Village by Meraas is 22 minutes away. Other nearby malls include Dubai Marina Mall, Mall of the Emirates and the world-renowned Dubai Mall. These shopping destinations can be reached within a 40-minutes drive. Palm Jumeirah Beach and JBR are one of the renowned beaches in Dubai are just 20 minutes drive.
Getting Around:
The parking is available upon request if you have your own ride. Taxis are easily booked through Uber and Careem through their applications that can simply be downloaded on your phone.
If you would like to explore the rest of Dubai through a train or tram, Danube Metro Station is around 22 minutes’ drive. Go down to DMCC Metro Station and connect to the Tram Station from here if you simply want to go around JBR, Knowledge Village, Media City, or Marina Mall. The train system will conveniently take you to other premier location around the city like Dubai Mall, Mall of the Emirates, etc.
There are supermarkets available that is just walking distance from the property building.
Other Things to Note:
House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture. Please no parties. Smoking on the balcony only.
This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Economy and Tourism (DET).
Please note that baby cots & baby high-chair are subject to availability only.
*Please note that there is a charge of AED 500 from your deposit for each lost access card or set of keys
