"I’ve stayed in 5* hotels around the world. What stood out here was the entire staff genuinely making us feel welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Little things- we wanted to go into town so asked for a taxi- they said no need, we’ll take you in the hotel car. And just let us know when you finish your meal for the return trip. We have some water for your taxi ride so you can stay hydrated on the airport journey. And more. Will definitely go back. "

"Great vibe at this adults only hotel. Great sized apartments. Nice pool. Helpful and courteous staff. Got a little noisy around 4:00 am, but it didn't last long. Even had a DJ for part of a day. "

"A fantastic hotel and central base for Palma. My sister in law and I absolutely loved this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were so friendly and helpful. Having a desk allowed us to arrive early and leave our bags. The staff made sure we had all we needed and remained helpful throughout our trip. "The hotel was awesome, the staff was friendly, location was great, and the breakfast and dinner buffets were great. Petra at the spa and wellness center was the absolute best! I would highly recommend scheduling a massage with her, she has a wide variety of services she offers, as well as an awesome sauna and steam room lounge."

Lovely stay

"We had a lovely family stay here and all the staff were very helpful and friendly throughout with anything we needed. The hotel is lovely, great coffee in the bar and in a beautiful location by the port with views of the cathedral across the water. We can’t wait to visit again. "

"Really impressed by the hotel, it was a very welcoming establishment with good staff and stunning outdoor space. The rooftop pool was chilly but a great asset, the room was clean, large and had a big bed and a very good rainfall shower. On our last day we left our bags, prebooked the shower room for 3pm and then had a great time on the beach. The airport bus goes from just over the road and is 5€ each. I'd stay here again!!"
