「This property is in a lovely location. Nice landscaping, near a golf hole and we even saw a wildcat. The condo is very clean, and nicely equipped (so nice having an ice maker!). Communication with the owner couldn’t have been easier.」

「My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The location is great with spectacular views of Ventana Canyon. The unit is well - decorated and very comfortable. The covered parking is convenient. We also enjoyed the fitness area and pool. The screened porch is delightful. The owner was very responsive to our needs. A great stay!!」

「We had an excellent stay at Randy's condo. Very peaceful, with a lovely view and very well equipped for everything you need. We used to host and travel a lot, and this is a very well appointed place in terms of kitchen, bath, laundry, etc. We enjoyed the community pool and hot tub almost every day, and proximity to Sabino Canyon was great. We would stay here again.」

「Great location close toLa encantada with pool, tennis, and view of the Catalina mountains. We especially enjoyed having coffee in the morning on the deck and listening to and watching all of the desert birds. The condo was very clean and well appointed in a very nice condo complex. Five stars!」

「Overall this is a nice and well maintained property. It is directly on the bike trail with easy access through locked gates. (Keys to gates provided with the condo.) This gives you easy access to long walks as well as a quick path to local stores and restaurants. The mattresses are quite firm, so may keep that in mind depending upon sleep preferences. Only other minor concern is that pulling out onto East River Road can be challenging as it is a very busy street. The condo is located...

「Overall I am very happy with my stay. The house is overall very clean. Some feed back- The carpet in the bedroom/closet really needs a steam cleaning. It’s very dirty and a lot of spills and stains. Also noticed the AC filter is full of dust and needs changing as well. Water filter and air filter in refrigerator both have red lights saying they need replacement. The kitchen and bathroom cabinets need a deep cleaning. Grease on cabinets above stove, toothpaste drippings on bathroom cabinet doors....

「Second time in this perfect condo」

「I chose this VRBO because it was close to the University where I had an event to attend so it was perfect and allowed my dog. The unit is clean and simple with 2 large bedrooms, but the bathroom has got to be the tiniest I've ever seen so just be aware of that if you have more than 1 or 2 people. The neighborhood itself is pretty low income but the property is gated so I felt very safe. One suggestion is the TV. I wanted to add my Paramount account but needed a code which I've never encountered...

「This is a clean and comfortable condo in a great location, Canyon View at Ventana. It was well stocked and I enjoyed my visit there. It really could use some updating of the paint and carpet, however. It is dark and the lighting isn't great. Updating would make a good place even better.」

「Property was nice and location ideal. Easy access and liked the covered parking. Beds were comfortable, bathroom nice. Kitchen fair- wished for sharper knives and little more modern cookware, otherwise a very good place. Would definitely stay there again. 」
