「とにかくこのホテルの宿泊者へのおもてなしは最高です。家族経営かと思いますが、オーナーのお母さんは絶えず声かけをしてくれて気遣いを感じ滞在を楽しませてくれます。 またお嬢さんも積極的にコミニュケーションをとり、旅のさまざまなアドバイスをくれました。また大学で日本語を専攻されてたそうで、流暢な日本語を話されます。当地では日本語を話せるスタッフは皆無だとおもいますので、日本人旅行者には有り難い存在だと思います。」

「Anh and the ninh binh palm homestay provided us with one of our most memorable stays in vietnam. Anh is fluent in english and more than willing to provide assistance in booking further transport or suggesting activities in the surrounding areas. 「The property was absolutely beautiful. Thanh & his family were very friendly and helpful..We were treated very well. We were taken around the local area & we were told about, & introduced to, the local way of life. We shared tea & met some amazing people. On this tour with Thanh we learnt so much about the life of farmers on the rice paddy's, & yes we did ask lots of questions & Thanh was a wealth of information. 「Good location, but quiet. Friendly staff, laundry service available. Large room, Comfortable bed. Working Aircon, hot water but this runs out fast. Room had a strong air freshener smell when we arrived which we had to air out. Otherwise excellent value for money. 」
