"Overall, we had a wonderful stay. Very clean, and right across the sky bridge from the subway and train station. It was also next to iPark shopping mall which is massive. If you reserved a suite, note that check-in is on the 26th floor, not the first floor desk. There are special privileges for those staying in the suites, like free pool use and separate lounge. We didn't know about the lounge use until the day before we had to check-out. :( I don't recall being told about the separate lounge use when we checked in on the first floor. "

The rooms are quiet, comfortable and tastefully decorated. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores in the neighbourhood to provide food and other essentials. I had a very enjoyable stay."

The staff are friendly and fluent in multiple languages. Compared to the nearby Four Points Hotel, this place has many more advantages."
