"とても良いホテルでした。 私の病気のため、スタッフにはお世話になりましたが、気持ちよく対応していただけました。 お部屋もきれいでとても満足でしたし、 海外では初めて冷蔵庫の飲み物がフリーなど、 サービスに気を使っているのを感じました。 値段もロンドンの半額のイメージですね。 そして日本人スタッフのさゆりさんにはとても感謝しています。 日本語で対応して頂いただけではなく、ホテルスタッフとして行き届いたサービスでした。 病気で不安な中、親切に対応してもらえて本当に救われました。 どうもありがとうございました。 バースに行かれる方にはおすすめのホテルです！"

"Generally a good stay - the apartment is a good size and very comfortable! Lots of good amenities within a couple of minutes walk from the apartment.
