Enjoy a comfortable stay at our luxury King size loft. This luxury loft sits just minutes from Downtown Detroit attractions like Campus Martius Park, Greektown Casino, Motor City Casino, Ford Field, little Caesars Arena, and Comerica Park. You'll have access to free private gated parking, fitness room, and sauna. Relax and unwind in our master bedroom king size cozy bed and entertain yourself with our 65” smart TV w/ cable and apps. The bedroom also have a futon sofa lounge bed, desk and chair, and a walk in closet. Work or study in a quiet relaxing environment. Like cooking, we have a fully equipped kitchen with a lot of amenities (coffee maker, blender, waffle maker, toaster, cookware, silverware, and utensils). We have a 81” granite island w/ 4 bar stools great for family time or socializing. Also in the kitchen you’ll find complementary snacks and drinks. In the bathroom we have a massage shower w/ a rainfall and hand held shower head and 8 adjustable jet nozzles. Enjoy free high-speed internet/Wifi, 82" smart TV w/ cable and apps (Stars, Netflix, HBO Max, Disney Plus, and Peacock) and game room with a pool table/air hockey 2 in 1. Indulge in the majestic beauty of Belle Isle Park just walking distance from our loft. Enjoy a scenic bike ride along The Detroit River Walk. After an eventful night out Downtown enjoy a stay at our luxury Loft.

Met our needs
The place was clean, the one actual bed was comfortable, the futon was ok. Due to unforeseen circumstances, some members of our family of 7 were unable to join us, so I am not able to comment on the blowup mattresses for larger groups. The kitchen seemed to be stocked with enough dish ware and appliances to make food. Again, due to a change in circumstances, we ended up ordering takeout and going to Belle Isle to meet the rest of our family, so we did not actually use the kitchen for more than making hot water! 😁 The host was responsive to my communications and check-in was smooth. He explained things well and was flexible. It met our needs and I am grateful for the use of the facility.

Up to date, luxury stay!
Host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Very roomy, modern, and clean!! Would definitely recommend this property to someone. You won't be disappointed. The location is perfect! Four minutes from downtown, close to the Riverwalk and The Eastern Market. Overall great place to stay.

Loft was very clean and smelled good too. We did contactless check in however meeting someone was an option. Easy to Communicate with. Loft had everything you would need plus some. We would surely stay again. Thx!
