「Well maintained rooms very comfortable surroundings artwork displayed from the University made for a very pleasant addition to our stay. Felt like a private home in many respects. Staff was friendly and very knowledgeable about the area. 」

「For an economy stay it was quite nice, clean, comfortable, etc. The bed covering was rather light so I got cold in the night, but that’s just because I didn’t want to turn on the heat in July」

「Peter was a wonderful host. Checked in periodically if he saw us out and about, but otherwise things were private. It was a great place to visit and have our family Christmas with our daughter who teaches at the college, our son who flew in from Florida, our granddaughter From the Hudson Valley And a short drive from Pennsylvania, where we live. We appreciate having the kitchen and large dining area as well as large living room. The space was very convenient. This may become an annual tradition.」

「We’ve stayed at Cabin Creek multiple times and will be returning again in the future. The location provides a retreat from the hustle, and the family time we enjoy together is priceless. The host is very nice, and everything onsite is as advertised. I hesitate to even review this property for fear that after it is discovered, availability for my own future rentals may be limited! Still, I do hope that others may be able to find the peace and solitude that my family does at Cabin Creek.」

「Christa, the home owner, will provide you 5 star customer service. We had a couple of questions and she was immediately responding with answers. She has also made her house a beautiful, comfortable home. From the cozy couches, comfortable bed and the open floor plan, we felt right at home.
