「The family gathered for Christmas/New Years and had plenty of room for puzzles, games and watching tv. Close to activities and sites. Enjoyed the area and quiet country. 」

「The unit was clean and had all the amenities needed for a few days stay. There were a few things I would change of possible. Furniture could be more comfortable and easier.for.those with accessibility issues. The couches in the home are too low and hard to get up from, just.to name one thing. Other items are minorand easily fixable. These things do not take away from how overall nice the unit is.」

「This was our third stay at the Love Shack and it couldn’t have been better! We come each fall to tour wineries and waterfalls. The Love Shack is cozy and relaxing with an amazing view of the rising sun each morning, a lovely deck, and all the amenities for a long weekend stay. The location is great for traveling around Seneca and Keuka. The winery across the street-Scout-is wonderful!」

「The Sampson house was lovely, well maintained, and accommodating. Located in a quiet neighborhood less than a mile from down town Penn Yan, it was a great base for exploring the area, going on nearby hikes, visiting various wineries and more. 」

「We could not have asked for a more beautiful home to spend the weekend at the lake to celebrate our daughter in law's birthday! 」

「The house is beautiful kept and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything to cook every meal. The beds were super comfortable and loved the multiple bathrooms. We were there during a heatwave so not much time was spend on the beautiful deck. The air conditioning was great on the first and basement floors but was a bit warm for 2 of our guests in the bedroom. It was a heatwave and I’m sure during normal temps the room would have need perfect.」

「I have rented many homes through HomeAway and VRBO and owners always give a better experience than property managers. Property is in need of many repairs. The people that clean the home can easily see this and report back. Everything provided was at a minimum. No hand soap in the bathrooms, during COVID this should be a standard. We like to clean up after ourselves frequently during our stay, There was no broom or dustpan to do so. Of the three full bathrooms only one shower worked properly....
