「Our stay at this hotel was disappointing. We booked a Family Suite with a mini kitchen, but it was completely unequipped—no pots, pans, or utensils. Additionally we opted for a half-board plan as the hotel did not offer a full-board option. The half-board food was poor, with limited options and mainly local cuisine, unlike the international buffets offered at other hotels. The hotel also lacked basic amenities like WiFi, a hairdryer, and an iron. Being in a remote location, there were no nearby...

「I will start with the check inn, it was very bad experience as I booked 2 twin beds side by side as I have my 2 daughters with me and as I been told there is no 2 rooms with twin beds side by side, anyway they checked me in on 2 rooms ( King bed & twin bed) and between the rooms was an storage room for the house keeping, when I went back to the front desk they said they will try to find 2 rooms side by side and I stayed about 45 minutes till the director of operation MOAMOEN came and got my 2...

「Did not have a nice experience checking in. We had booked one double room but the receptionist insisted that we have booked 2 rooms. Then he asked for our marriage certificate. We had booked a double room but were given room with 2 single beds. Then someone came and joined the 2 singles together. Food was very nice. Beach was very good. They need someone who can speak and understand English at the reception 」
