「とても良いホテルでした」

「Nice 'quirky' touchs throughout the hotel. A happy welcome in the lobby. An all round pleasent respite from the city. 」

「Was a bit apprehensive after reading some reviews but found lady at reception very friendly and informative.The room was clean and bed comfortable slept really well.Stayed in more expensive places but for the price and my experience i cant fault it.」

「早朝のバスに乗らないといけなかったので、当ホテルを選びました。バスターミナルまで、徒歩2分。スーパーも近くにあり。スタッフ３人と話しましたが、私の下手な英語にも丁寧に接してくれました。本当に当ホテルを選んで良かったと思っています。」

「Used as a place to stay so could go to both Glasgow and Edinburgh On first day visit to Edinburgh was good but when we came back, there was no water in the whole of the hotel block so no shower and still no water next morning. Only fixed after 12pm, by which time we gone to Glasgow. However on leave the following day, was informed by manager tgst I would be refunded for one night stay due to this issue.
